We're currently in the process of trying to create a model that's not as intensive as our 2-year training has been in order to give some opportunity for associates to complete their hours in a more sustainable way. Part of the requirement this time will be that all associates complete a KAT training
before applying to be part of a cohort.
The first 10 hours of onboarding/training is paid out at $15.97/hr. Hourly wage after that for the first year of internship experience is $18/hr, which is paid for all hours of work (including admin hours). We're potentially considering a model of individual/triadic weekly supervision as well as a weekly group supervision, consultation/community meeting time, and group documentation time. Instead of intensive modules, we’ll have a more flexible and co-created mode of learning.
Our group meetings occur Fridays between 9:45am-1pm in a hybrid model, with the option to come in-person or Zoom in. Some meetings will require in-person attendance, though less frequently. Please keep in mind this role requires experience with working with trauma, as well as ability to write clinical documentation (clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, diagnoses) with some support.
We will only be accepting associates (APCC, AMFT, ACSWs) who have finished graduate school. We will also have one or two positions open for psych associates under the supervision of Dr. Perri Franskoviak.
