To ensure that each student can fully utilize information resources during their education, McGovern Medical School's MSIT Department has outlined strict computer requirements. This ensures that you can complete online examinations and that you can access resources required by and used by the faculty throughout the curriculum.

Incoming students are required to review and abide by the McGovern Medical School Information Technology (MSIT) Computer Requirements.

Any student who shows up for MSIT Orientation with a laptop that does not meet all requirements or whose laptop has not yet arrived, will be required to meet with a Dean from the Office of Admissions & Student Affairs regarding professionalism expectations and standards.
