This places you under no obligation to adopt a pup but is required if you would like to visit, deposit or adopt. We use this info to help match you with a puppy.  It's OK if you don't know the answer to some of the questions below. We provide detailed care guidelines with our pups  to help you train your puppy. Thank you for your time in providing this info and your interest in our puppies.

**If you have a Gmail email address, please include it on your application; we send documents located in google drive and share photos & videos via google photos. This will make it easier for us to give you permissions to view. You will be able to get info faster & easier this way. :-)
