Pillo-Polo Club - Spring 2024, 3rd - 5th
PTO sponsored 7 week After School Club with Shauna Hogg Special Education teacher and Lisa King Talent Development Resource Teacher.
Whether you're a Pillow Polo pro or a complete novice, this afterschool club is open to all who are ready for an afternoon filled with laughter, teamwork, and the joy of playing a classic sport. Join us for Pillow Polo – where every swing, block, and goal brings us closer together in an afterschool club that is sure to be full of fun and excitement! This 7-week club is going to include a tournament!... Who will bring home the gold?

Grades: 3rd - 5th grade - 7 week club!

Wednesday : 2:30pm - 3:45pm

Dates: 4/10, 4/17, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22

Cost:: $105

Pick up location if your child is a pick up: Hollymead Gym Doors. 

Turn right into bus parking lot and continue toward gym. Do not get into middle school pick up lane.

Please pack an extra snack for your child on club day.

Please be sure your child is dressed in comfy attire and sneakers suitable for movement. Our goal is to make this an enjoyable experience for all!


Pay Method:
CASH: Please send payment to school with your child indicating club name and name of child.* 
CHECK: Please send payment to school with your child (make check payable to Hollymead PTO; write student's name and club name in memo line). 
SCHOLARSHIP: Please write a short scholarship request and send an email to Megan Kopley: mkopley@k12albemarle.org for more information (limited number available.)*

1. Do I have to drop my child off at the club?  No, school will dismiss them directly to the after school club.  Please send a change of dismissal to  hesoffice@k12albemarle.org   listing all club dates by the latest on 1st day of club.     
2. Where are classes offered? Hollymead Gym. 
3. What time are classes offered? All classes start promptly at 2:30pm and end at 3:45pm. 
4. How much does each class cost?  $105 for 7 weeks. 
5. Where do I pick up my child? Hollymead Elementary School Main Entrance
