Application for Free Reporting and Verification Services
The BERDO Team is offering Data Reporting and Verification services to BERDO Building Owners who need extra assistance to complete their BERDO reporting. Funding is limited and will only be provided to building owners in the following categories: 
1. Self-managed residential buildings
2. Small nonprofit owners 
3. Commercial buildings with small business tenants.

Please fill out this application if you believe you qualify for BERDO Reporting and Verification assistance.

The Environment Department staff will prioritize assistance for applicants that demonstrate one or more of the following: 
1) Owners with limited English proficiency.
2) Owners who have limited access to a computer or internet. 
3) Owners with limited financial resources.
4) Buildings located in Environmental Justice neighborhoods. 
5) A Building Owner has made a good faith effort to complete reporting but encountered unusual challenges.

The next round of applications will be evaluated after May 1, 2024. An additional application period may be opened if the program is not fully subscribed.
