The following criteria will be considered in the review of nominations:

Inspire: recognizes students’ unique potential and motivates a passion for learning; creates a positive, supportive, and reassuring climate that celebrates diversity.

Collaborate: consistently and substantially demonstrates the ability and willingness to work positively, respectfully, and effectively with others; has significantly improved customer service or has increased student satisfaction in their area.

Optimize: has significantly improved a work process or system, or has significantly increased the efficiency of an operation or department; consistently seeks to improve the quality of work assigned.

Nurture: focuses on the wellbeing and relationships with a drive to support the growth and development of students; has made important and significant contributions in furthering the development of social and emotional growth in students; has furthered the mission of the Rutherford County Schools.
