Jacana School for Autism - Parent Survey
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.  MUSK Architecture Studio are currently undertaking a master plan for the  Jacana School for Autism (JSA) . The master plan will be a road map to undertake significant school upgrade works over the next 5 years.   To assist us with the planning of the new facilities and landscaping upgrades at JSA we would request your input on what you think could be improved or added to the school.

The completed masterplan aims to ensure your children have the best possible outcomes during their time at JSA. We also wish to create stronger links between JSA, the parents and the local community.

The survey has 10 questions, please answer as you can. It should only take 5-10 minutes of your time. If you are unsure or do not have a suggestion please answer "Unsure" or "Do not know" in the answer boxes. Please note this is an anonymous survey. Thank you.
