The only required information is a name, which can be the proposed game name, a concept name, or just a working title and the brief description of the game concept. All other information is optional, but it's recommended that you fill out as much as you can. Note that this information may change as you further develop the concept with your team.

Your description should be about a paragraph in length. Keep it simple and focus on just the element(s) of your game concept that are necessary to convey your idea and why it is compelling.
