Please fill out the questionnaire below to begin enrolling your student for the CLC Learning Hub. Please note this is not a daycare or childcare center. This is strictly to provide a safe, affordable, learning environment for students to do their remote online learning while being monitored by staff. We also would like you to be aware that due to this being a brand new program we are also hiring staff as we take enrollments. If we are unable to staff the safe amount of employees we will begin a wait-list as we continue to hire more employees. Non-refundable deposits will be returned if we are unable to meet the demand of the number of students enrolled.
