Your Emergency Hospital's Profile for IndeVets!
If you are a Partner Hospital that will be posting Emergency Shifts for our IndeVets, you must fill out this additional questionnaire, and the general questionnaire. Not all IndeVets have emergency medical experience, so this profile helps them decide if they have the skillset needed to assist your hospital. Thank you for your time and attention to detail. We look forward to working with you!

If you have any questions, please email our Clinical Leadership Team at clinical@indevets.com.

Sincerely,
Marisa Brunetti, VMD
Chief medical officer, IndeVets
