Temporary Visitor Parking Permits are available for individuals
or large groups, and should be requested at least
one week prior to parking on campus.
These temporary passes are meant to only be requested for a limited time but requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If Approved: You will receive an email letting you know when and where you can pick up the temporary parking pass(es). you requested. Faculty/Staff will have the option to have passes emailed to them and then those electronic versions can be emailed to visitors.
If NOT Approved: You will receive an email explaining why or requesting missing information.
Please allow one (1) to three (3) business days for the temporary pass to be processed before they are available for pick-up.
PLEASE NOTE:
In this form, the "Requestor" is the Pacific-affiliated individual, and "Visitor" is the guest. The approval email will be sent to the Requestor. However, either party can pick up the pass at the Student Life front desk.
Only Pacific University students, faculty, or staff can submit temporary parking permit requests.
Guests from outside the university will need to have their Pacific-affiliated host submit a request on their behalf.
