1. All participants agree to have up to date covid vaccinations in alignment with the current CDC guidelines OR proof of antibodies (>1000) from a reputable lab. Documentation must be shown at registration.

2. All participants agree to do a rapid test onsite during the registration process. Tests will be provided. Anyone who tests positive as well as their carpool will NOT be allowed to attend MFC 2023. Your ticket is fully transferable. If you are unable to transfer your ticket to another attendee, we will offer you a $90 refund. We strongly recommend testing on your own before joining your carpool for the trip!

3. All participants agree to retest if they develop symptoms while at MFC 2023. If you test positive you agree to immediately isolate or leave the event.

4. Masks are optional. However, participants are strongly encouraged to bring N95, KN95 or KF94 masks to have on hand at the event to wear if need be.

5. All participants agree to practice safe covid protocols in the week leading up to the event. Including, but not limited to wearing a mask on the airplane if you are traveling to come to MFC.

6. Participants agree to be responsible after the event, i.e. masking on the airplane, masking at dances or other large indoor gatherings.
