This is the vendor and parade float sign up form for Farmington's Christmas Parade & Holiday Market which will take place off Highway 62, near the Farmington Public Library. The Market will run from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, December 4th, 2021. You can begin setup at 1:00 PM and must begin teardown at 5:00 PM. There is a non-refundable $30 application fee for floats and market vendors that must be paid with your application. Any Farmington student organization, FFA, Choir, Drama, or Band is welcome to perform, sell, or fundraise for FREE. We will require all vendors to sign a liability waiver and a copy of the Arkansas Food Freedom Act before setup can begin. Tables, chairs, and tents will NOT be provided, so please come prepared with any equipment you might need for the day.

Festival Rules and Regulations:
1. Products must be handmade, crafted, grown, and/or designed by you and/or your business. We do not allow multi-level marketing vendors such as Mary Kay, Scentsy, Avon, etc. or resale items such as yard-sale or flea market-style products. Farmington-based businesses that are not selling any items may have a booth at no cost, but must still apply. Contact us to see if you qualify.

2. Proper labeling, packaging, and permits are required for all edible items.

3. Supervise anyone accompanying you. You are ultimately responsible for your booth and team.

4. Read and abide by the Arkansas Food Freedom Act.

5. Compliance with applicable taxes and ADH regulations are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

6. We reserve the right to limit items when being produced by multiple vendors.

7. We reserve the right to deny applications. All products being sold must be disclosed in your application.

8. Be sure that you leave your space clean and free of any trash at the end of the market and parade. It is a privilege to have access to this space, and we must take care of it to maintain use for future events.

9. Farmington Public School district organizations/clubs, FFA, Drama, Band, Choir, etc. will be allowed to set up a booth or have a float at no cost. This can be for the purpose of selling produce/crafts, fundraising, or performing at the festival. Please specify below if you represent one of these groups. Charities and churches with 501(c)3 tax-exemption/non-profit status may request a booth at no cost, but are not guaranteed a spot.

10. Tables, chairs, and tents will NOT be provided. Each vendor must come prepared with any equipment they might need that day. Each vendor is allowed one tent up to 10x10ft. Exceptions can be made for double tents by request.

11. Food truck vendors will be permitted in the parking lot only upon approval from the festival committee.

- A copy of the liability waiver and the Arkansas Food Freedom Act will be emailed to you after completion of this form.
- You are entering this event at your own risk; The City of Farmington and Busy Bee's Canning Co. are not liable for you, your team, or your product.
