Artist Conversation with Aunty Marlene Gibson
Join us for a special presentation by Waddawurrung Elder and artist Marlene Gilson as she chats about her painting, Surviving on the Goldfields, now on display at the Gold Museum. Listen to her talk about the inspiration for her artwork, her background as an artist and arts practice, and how she uses oral histories and storytelling to inform her paintings. There will also be an opportunity to ask your questions.

This is a free program but bookings to attend are limited. This program will also be live on Webex for Years 5 & 6 studying the Eureka Story and all secondary students to watch and participate from the classroom.
