The Oakland County Progressive Roundtable (July 15, 9AM-11AM)
Want to come tell our legislators about your vision for a progressive agenda? Then, this is the opportunity for you. As the follow-up to the incredibly successful Oakland County Progressive Summit series, we will be presenting our progressive platform developed over the winter and spring to our legislators and county commissioners. And, we will have a chance for the audience to interact directly with our elected officials, and hear about what they're doing in Lansing and Pontiac. This platform and our conversation will include provisions to address:

- Education Bill of Rights
- Universal Healthcare
- Criminal Justice Reform
- Utility Relief (Water,  Energy)
- Gun Violence Reform
- Housing Reform
- Universal, Equitable Dependent Care

This event is being organized in collaboration with County Commissioner Charlie Cavell, Michigan League of Conservation Voters, Sierra Club, Oakland Forward, and For Our Future. We are reaching out to progressive leaders in our community to convene, collaborate and scheme about how we can build a progressive future together in our county and State.

During the roundtable, we will hear from our legislators, policy experts, and (most importantly) YOU. The summit will be held on July 15th from 9:00 to 11:00 at the Crofoot in Pontiac (1 S Saginaw St, Pontiac, MI 48342). We are inviting you/your organization because your voice is crucial to have in this discussion. If you're able and wish to attend, please fill out the information down below.
