Virtual Odyssey of the Mind Interest and Application

Teams will be competing either virtually or in person this year. By completing this form, student agrees to be a part of the team, attend practices, and participate in the completion of the final project and spontaneous competition. Odyssey of the Mind is a creative problem-solving competition for students in Kindergarten through college. Teams consist of 5-7 students and choose a long-term problem to solve. Long term solutions will be due by March 5, 2022. Members will need to commit time to team meetings and practices throughout the school year. Each team member is expected to work in a group, independently, and contribute appropriately to the team solution. Each team coach will set a weekly meeting based on their availability. Each member of the team must complete this form separately. We encourage parents to participate by being a coach/co-coach. Please know that if we do not have adequate coaches, your child may not be able to be on a team.
