This workshop is primarily intended for therapists. It will explore the profound, age-old wisdom, knowledge, and power of aloha. Aloha is used to say “hello” and “goodbye” and is a way of living fully. Aloha is a cellular way of being that can increase your perception and authenticity of self and clients. This workshop will provide you tools and understanding to help your clients move from living in survival mode to being more fully in Aloha in their lives.

Being in Aloha can:
• Give you a new lens to perceive your clients
• Establish and maintain healthy, nourishing relationships 
• Increase confidence, spontaneity, and creativity by living life more fully
• Offer you a way to be more fully present and authentic in both personal and professional situations

The workshop will include guided meditation, lecture, and discussion. No prerequisites.
