• FRI 13 January 2023: Public talk at the Quaker Christchurch , 217 Ferry Road, Christchurch

• SAT 14 January: workshop (register below) at the Opawa Zendo, 4 Kennedy Place, Christchurch

• 16-22 January: Silent meditation retreat ("sesshin") at Mt Hutt Retreat in Canterbury.

ABOUT SESSHIN: The sesshin meditation retreat begins MONDAY 16th January 2022, and finishes on SUNDAY 22nd January. It is possible to join the retreat in progress up till Friday 20th January. Once joined, participants should stay till the end of sesshin. This preserves the harmony of the retreat.

To be eligible for our early-bird discount, it is necessary to register and pay in full by January 1, 2023. Registrations and payments received after this date will be charged at the standard rate.
