Instructions:
1. Complete workout three times a week.

3. Follow the technical skills activities; use the attached video for explanation and example of each activity.
4. Complete fitness component.
5. Complete juggling exercise.
6. Answer the questions.
7. Submit form by 8pm Friday evening.

20 minute run.  Jog for one minute and then increase speed for 15 seconds followed by a 15 second recovery jog.  Continue for 20 minutes.  Can be done on treadmill or outside.
