SEBRSD (WINTER BREAK) Meal Delivery Form
Hello All,
SEBRSD Food Service will be providing remote meal delivery during WINTER BREAK 2/15-2/19

Meals will be delivered on Tuesday February 16th- Monday is a holiday.

 ***This form must be filled out by 1 PM Monday 2/8***.

Meals will be already assembled they will just need to be heated and served. Daily breakfast and lunches are together in a paper bag (Foil packaging cannot go in the microwave)
