Sling Library Booking
Thank you for choosing to book your place to attend Maidstone Sling Library. Where you will be able to learn more about babywearing, hire a carrier, or just pop by for a chat, and meet new families.

This questionnaire has been designed for me to be able to contact you in case of any changes or cancellations but also to ensure that we get the most of our time together. So please provide as much information as possible. If you are not comfortable answering any of the questions please leave them blank.

Sling Library sessions are free to attend.

If you want a demo/advice/fitting it is £5 (free for members).

Our Hire System *
If you plan on hiring please sign up in advance to our hiring system http://midkentparenting.lend-engine-app.com/ and read the terms and conditions, and add a card to the payment methods (which we use instead of taking a deposit).
This saves us a lot of time at the session! Please make sure to do this in advance.

For example have you or your child had an operation, suffer hyper-mobility, are in a cast, or regularly seeing an osteopath, etc (If yes, please include dates)

Back Carrying can not be shown at Sling Library sessions. Please book a one to one consultation or attend the workshop for Back Carrying.
