This is the application form to participate in Kwir Olimpiks, happening on the 9th of September, 10am - 5pm, at the Gozo College Secondary School, Triq Fortunato Mizzi, Victoria Gozo. Who is applying for football, is
applying as a team. Who is applying for the sports games, is applying as an
individual.
Kwir Olimpiks will consist of a 5-a-side football tournament, 6 different games and a children’s area.
Volunteers will organise simple games for children while there will also be a FREE BOUNCY CASTLE.
All these activities will be happening at the same time and they are all FREE OF CHARGE.
Water will be available for free.
All participants will receive a handmade soap made by SOAR, an organisation that works with women survivors of domestic violence.
Registration time on the day will be between 9.30am and 10am. After the event, we will head to the Gozo Pride. Anyone is welcome to join us.
WHY KWIR OLIMPIKS?
During the last year, MGRM youths have organised a number of sports events including hiking, football, rugby and yoga. These safe spaces gave the opportunity to the queer community in Malta to engage in sports in a safe and non-competitive environment.
