Please register by filling out the form. Please note completing the form does not mean your child is registered. The Evening Madrasah Office will contact you regarding next steps and to collect banking information.

Monthly Fees:
• 1 Student: $65/month by Monthly Pre-Authorized from the Bank.
• 2 Students: $120/month by Monthly Pre-Authorized from the Bank.
• 3 Students: $180/month by Monthly Pre-Authorized from the Bank.
• 4 Students: $210/month by Monthly Pre-Authorized from the Bank.

Yearly Books & Registration Fees:
• Books (including yearly agenda): $40 per Student.
• Registration Fee for new students: $10 per Student.
• Uniform Male & Female: $20 per Student.

Timings, Monday to Friday from:
• Session 1 - 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
• Session 2 - 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
• 14+ Girls - Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays - 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

Items needed for Registration (when accepted):
• $50 One-Time Registration Fee, and
• Direct Deposit Form or Void Cheque for Monthly Fee Withdrawal from Bank.

Two ways to provide bank information:
1. Send an electronic copy of it to the following email maktab@smacanada.ca (please include child(ren's) name(s) in the email), or
2. Drop off a physical copy to the Evening Madrasah Office.
