Join us as a vendor at Colorado Ukrainian Festival 2025 — a large one-day Ukrainian cultural festival with food, music, and family fun. This is a non-profit event — all proceeds go toward supporting Ukraine and Ukrainians.

Vendor Fees:

  • Food Vendors: $300
  • Product / Business Vendors: $150
  • Non-Profit Organizations: $100

  • What Vendors Are Responsible For:

    • Bringing your own tent, table, chairs, and signage
    • Payment (after application is approved)

    Vendor Booth Includes:

    • Space only (standard 10x10 booth)
    • Thousands of potential customers from the Ukrainian-American community

    ·         Refund Policy: Vendor fees are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the organizer. No refunds due to weather, low sales, or missed deadlines.
