2023-2024 Illinois Music Honors Society Membership Application

Applicants must have:
• at least a cumulative 3.0 GPA,
• an entire academic year in a curricular ensemble,
• must currently be a member of a curricular ensemble

All nominees must:
• participate in our annual induction ceremony;
• participate in IMHS sponsored activities
• complete four (4) hours of music-based community service each semester to remain in good standing.

Applicants will be informed of their admission by November 9th.  Induction ceremony is Tuesday, November 14th at 6:30PM in the Lincoln-Way West Fine Arts Auditorium Lobby.
