Equinor là công ty năng lượng đa quốc gia, trụ sở tại Na Uy, hiện đang phát triển các dự án điện gió ngoài khơi trên toàn cầu.  Nhằm hỗ trợ Chính phủ Việt Nam triển khai lộ trình phát triển điện gió ngoài khơi, công ty Equinor đã thông qua Innovation Na Uy phối hợp với Bộ Công thương triển khai cuộc khảo sát đánh giá tổng thể về tiềm năng phát triển chuỗi cung ứng điện gió ngoài khơi ở Việt Nam.

Được Equinor ủy quyền, BVG Associates (https://bvgassociates.com/) đang thực hiện dự án với sự hỗ trợ từ VIET SE (https://vietse.vn/) và Sterling Technical Services (https://sterlingtechnical.com/).

Dự án hy vọng sẽ thiết lập được nền tảng dữ liệu về năng lực, phát triển chuỗi cung ứng cho điện gió ngoài khơi, mang lại giá trị thiết thực cho nền kinh tế biển cho Việt Nam cũng như nâng cao năng lực quản lý và kỹ thuật của ngành năng lượng. Dựa vào những ý kiến thu thập được từ Quý công ty, nhóm nghiên cứu sẽ tiến hành phân tích, đánh giá và đưa ra những khuyến nghị chính sách phù hợp nhằm thúc đẩy sự phát triển chuỗi cung ứng bền vững cho ngành công nghiệp điện gió ngoài khơi của Việt Nam.

Các dữ liệu trong phần "Thu thập dữ liệu chung" sẽ được chia sẻ với Equinor, Bộ Công Thương và có thể các bên khác. Các thông tin còn lại (phần "Dữ liệu ẩn danh") sẽ được bảo mật và chỉ được BVGA sử dụng với mục đích phân tích nghiên cứu.

Equinor is a Norwegian-based multinational energy company who is developing offshore wind projects all over the world. In order to support the Government of Vietnam in implementing the offshore wind roadmap, Equinor, through Innovation Norway, is cooperating with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to conduct a study to evaluate the overall potential of the offshore wind supply chain in Vietnam.

BVG Associates (https://bvgassociates.com/) was commissioned by Equinor to conduct the study with support from VIET SE (https:/vietse.vn/) and Sterling Technical Services (https:/sterlingtechnical.com/).

We recognise that Vietnam has an existing supply chain for other related industries, including onshore wind and oil and gas, which could potentially supply the offshore wind as well. We are hoping to develop an understanding of the current and the potential Vietnamese offshore wind supply chain capability and workforce competence.
 
As part of this we are engaging with companies that are either currently supplying, or could supply the offshore wind industry with goods or services. To that end, we would be grateful if you were able to fill in the attached questionnaire and return it to us. One of the deliverables from the project is a database of suppliers capable of delivering in each category of supply, so the data in "General Data Collection" will be shared with Equinor, the MOIT and potentially beyond.
