Hello! - My name is Rena Korb and I am Historian for the Abbott PTA this year.

Our PTA could not function without volunteers.

In fact, we are required to report our volunteer hours to help us maintain our federal tax exempt status.

Volunteer hours include all participation (both on and off campus) in supporting PTA events and activities. This includes time spent at meetings, preparing for meetings, communicating (by email, text or phone), setting up, cleaning up, attending trainings, travel time -- even just time spent thinking of PTA things!
