Peace and Greetings to you, and thanks for joining Project FoundED!We invite you to join us in building a community where educators can share and discover new ways of using technology to advance teaching, learning, equity, and student wellbeing. We trust that you will help make this a space where you and others will find not just tools and ideas but camaraderie and community.
This form is an intake form that accomplishes two very simple goals. (1) We would love to know a little bit about you, and (2) we want to make sure you're an educator since this space is exclusively for educators; we have a separate community for EdTech founders. Any answers to questions in this form will NEVER be shared individually, but may be aggregated into high-level trend reports. Of course, we plan to share any aggregated data first with you all - the members of our community
Why this community exists:
If 87+% of educators are using EdTech multiple times a week in their classrooms, It's safe to say that we have entered the digital age of education. This being true, we believe there's an imperative to (1) ensure quality and accountability in the tools that end up in our classrooms (2) ensure effective use of technology to advance equity and enhance teaching, learning, and student wellbeing. We believe the only way we accomplish these goals is to keep educators in the drivers seat when it comes to discerning EdTech quality, and developing innovative ways of using EdTech to improve student achievement and wellbeing.
Once you submit your intake form, we will review it to verify that you're an educator, then we will send you an invitation to join the hundreds of other educators in the FoundED Educator Slack Community.
