The University of Houston Mascots Appearance Request Form
Requests must be made two weeks prior to the appearance. Filling out this form does not guarantee an appearance. Student academics will always take priority over appearance requests. A program coordinator will contact you to confirm an appearance request as soon as student performer schedules have been consulted. Please give us up to two weeks to respond if the event date is more than two weeks away. Appearance fees may apply.
