We're excited to have you at Lightning in a Bottle for our 3rd Annual Must-Dash 5K Run. Please review the Official Rules and provide the information below to arrange your participation. Don’t forget to tell your squad to join on the sidelines to support and dress the part!

DEADLINE to register: 12:00 PM on May 1st. Spaces usually fill up before the deadline. We may accept walk-up registrations, if space permits.

OFFICIAL RULES

1. All participants must be registered and only participate under their assigned bib number.

2. Mustaches and costumes are HIGHLY encouraged.

3. Participants will not be allowed on the course before the official start.

4. You are not able to exchange your bib number with anyone.

5. Obey all directions by course monitors, staff and safety personnel.

6. For your safety and the safety of others, please allow room for faster individuals to pass you. If you are running or walking with friends, please do not line-up more than two abreast.

7. Participants must complete the course in at least 1 hour.

8. All participants must be 14 years of age to participate alone and all ages can participate if accompanied by parent or guardian.

9. All participants under 18 years of age require parental consent to participate.

10. No participants visibly intoxicated will be allowed to participate.

11. All participants must sign the liability waiver at the end of this registration form.

12. Please do not throw any type of trash on the course.
