About the Virtual Summer Session *

I understand that there is no Virtual Summer Session (e.g. a week long virtual day camp) being offered as part of the virtual season pass. If I wish to attend the in-person week long camp with the mystery, I will need to register for it separately. I understand that registering for the virtual season pass does not obligate me in any way to register for the in-person camp.

What to do if you need to withdraw a RSVP ticket *

I understand that if I need to withdraw my RSVP ticket, I should contact Ash at trefoilacademy@gmail.com in a timely fashion. I understand that the academy has a three strike policy against ghosting. Ghosting is when an individual receives a temporary slot and then does not email the director about their need to release the slot. With many of the academy camps being highly competitive to get into, this results in other families being turned away when they didn't have to be. On the second strike, an individual is no longer eligible to RSVP without a check for full payment in hand. The check will be destroyed and/or return if the person sends a withdrawl email. On the third strike, the individual is no longer eligible to RSVP. Any strike will auto-disappear after two back-to-back years without any repeated ghosting behavior.

Once the new online GSVSC registration is live, a time sensitive link will be emailed to me. I understand that I will need to complete the registration.
