Please complete the CCA Rental Request Form below to ensure we are able to accommodate your facility needs and provide the proper staff to support your event. You will be contacted by CCA Administration to determine the availability of the facility, date, and time of your event.

PLEASE NOTE:

A Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 with Concord Christian Academy listed insured is required from all renting. Insurance is available to private individuals for a fee. An application through Colby Insurance must be completed to receive a quote. Please see the "Special Events Product" application.
