PARENT COMMITMENT STATEMENT:
I commit to support my child through the process of Confirmation Preparation. This commitment includes bringing my child to Mass each weekend throughout their year of preparation, getting them to the retreat, attending all bi-weekly class sessions, going to Confession, completing assignments, and participating in service projects.
