Please review the following Application Checklist before completing the online Application:

-Non-refundable $50 application fee

-Non-refundable $100 deposit

-Student’s birth certificate and copy of baptismal certificate (if Catholic)

-Recent immunization record, certified by child’s physician*

-Register with FACTS Tuition Management Company for tuition payment.

-Signed Financial Obligation Contract - will be available in the spring once tuition schedule is set.

--A minimum Parish Contribution of $600 allows you to receive In-Parish tuition rates.  This donation can be made by check, Faith Direct or Parish envelopes and must be received by December 31, 2022 to remain eligible for In-Parish tuition upon re-registration for 23/24 school year. Donations received in 2021 will reflect your tuition rate for 2022/23 school year.

-Non-contributing families will receive Out-of-Parish tuition rates.  

-Apply for Tomorrow’s Hope Scholarships (Grades K - 8) if applicable.

-New Family Technology Fee $150.00 (one time only)  May be added to monthly tuition payment.

-Completed Health History form and Student Health History Form.

-Any diagnostic evaluations (academic, psychological, behavioral)

-Signed Release of Records (Grades 2-8) and submission of the most recent report card and achievement test scores.

-Register in the school district of residency (Grades K - 8) to receive textbooks/workbooks from BOCES.  See District Residency Verification  form under Admission Link on the school website.

-Submit a request for private school transportation (Grades K - 8) to their local school district before April 1st.

ONLY STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE APPLICATION PROCESS AND SUBMITTED ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR ENROLLMENT.  *THIS INCLUDES THE SUBMISSION OF AN UP-TO-DATE IMMUNIZATION RECORD.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Families with children in Nursery through Grade 8 and alumni, receive first priority for openings.

Full Day Nursery & Pre-Kindergarten: 8:30 AM - 2:50 PM
Half Day Nursery: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

-Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by December 1st of the applying school year.
-Pre-K students must be 4 years old by December 1st of the applying school year.
-Nursery students must be 3 years old by December 1st of the applying school year.
-All students applying for admission must be fully toilet trained – pull-ups are not permitted.
