SURVEY ON FEMALE ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Dear Madam,

the questionnaire consists of 22 questions taking 5-10 minutes to complete. Your
participation will be completely anonymous.

We warmly invite you to take part in the survey “Needs of (aspiring) female entrepreneurs”.
With your participation you will contribute to the research about the needs and barriers of
female entrepreneurs and of those who are interested in founding a business as a woman.
The results of the questionnaire will help to set-up new support programmes for female
entrepreneurs, especially in rural areas. This includes adapted or newly tailored training
models and recommendations for further policy and support organisations.

This survey is part of the activities within the project SARA that is co-financed by the EU in
the programme INNOSUP (innovation support). SARA stands for SmARt villages as new place for femAle entrepreneurship. The aim of the project is to improve the support provided to
innovation processes for women entrepreneurship by testing and developing a model of
innovation ecosystem based on smart villages innovation services.

If you are a female entrepreneur or thinking about founding a business as a woman, we
encourage you to join us in our endeavour to improve business support offers. Please fill in
the survey and share your views and experiences with us to support the development of
women entrepreneurship.
