Welcome to Buckeye Primary and Intermediate School.  We would like to get to know a little more about you.  Please fill in the questionnaire as thoroughly as you can.  Please note that we did not include Kindergarten at this time, as they will have their own orientation.  

At orientation you will receive lots of important information such as: information about arrival and dismissal, schedules for students, calendar information with important dates, receive important forms, and take a tour of
the school.
