26th Scout Group Virtual Fall & Winter Craft Fair Booking Form
26th Scout Group is pleased to announce 4 Virtual Craft Fair weeks.

To register for this event you must have a Website, Facebook, Instagram or Etsy for customers to shop.

We are introducing 4 different show weeks with a maximum of 25 vendor spots each week.
This way each vendor gets the opportunity to show what they have and pick which week works best for you or pick more than one if you wish :-).

*** Registration will be limited to 1 company type per week***

Date Choices (Sunday to Saturday each week)
1st Week – September 19th to 25th, 2021 - "Fall Event"
2nd Week - October 17th to 23rd, 2021 - "Halloween Event"
3rd Week - November 14th to 20th, 2021 - "Holiday Week#1"
4th Week - December 5th to 11th, 2021 - "Holiday Week#2"

Vendors Role:
- Pick a week(s) to attend
• Cost $20/per week
• Payment by e-transfer to 26thscoutscraft@gmail.com 
• Vendors to invite 20 people
• 25 vendor spots only per week (host to control no duplicates)
• 7 day show
- Sunday before event start date vendors will be asked to join event group page
- During this week, vendors are asked to place intro/welcome and invite 20 friends/family to attend event
- Sunday to Friday of event week, vendors to post up to 5 post max daily (including any games or live video's)
- Saturday last day of event, vendors to place closing remark and do any final games draw.
• Vendors can post anytime between 7AM and 7PM during posting days up to 5 posts/day max
• Vendors may have games, but this will be 1 of the 5 posts
• Each vendor to create own topic post of business name (this is where all post will be posted for easy access to
  customers and other vendors)
• Support other vendors in the group by commenting on their post after 7PM daily. This keeps the alga rhythm
  going on Facebook. (ie: when you comment the posting is moved to the top, with commenting on each other’s
  post each get the opportunity to have their items looked at)
- Vendor's will be responsible for all their own sales and deliveries.

Host 26th Guelph Role:
• Book max of 25 vendors per week
- Promote virtual event
• Contact and set up vendors in online group
• Collect payment by e-transfer only
• Provide support for vendors
• Ask vendors for prize donation to give away for either games or draws
• Host to have 1 give away game week before event begins (Roll Call game or Get to Know you Game).  1/3 of the
  vendor donations will be used as prizes for this game
• Create 2 games to give away vendor prize donations during event week
• Make sure no duplicate vendors per week
