● All absence requests must be discussed with your line manager before completing this form. The cover manager will notify you if there are any issues relating to the absence request and will confirm via email once the absence has been approved

● Leave for appointments must be supported with an appointment letter or screenshot of text message (email aparsons@bidefordcollege.uk with supporting documents)

● Leave which is dependent to the principal’s discretion, please attach additional information in support of your request

● You must submit requests for absences, other than sick leave, two weeks prior to the first day you will be absent where practical

● Compassionate leave is at the principal’s discretion only
