If you are new to TPF, tell us a little bit about your company, what products you might be exhibiting and why you want to exhibit at Texas Pinball Festival.

Space Size. Each single Exhibitor space includes 2 Exhibitor passes. Double space includes 4 passes. Custom spaces will include agreed space and number of passes. There are no discounts if fewer passes are needed. All Exhibitors are listed on the TPF website Exhibitor page. Floor location is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate requests. Booth sharing or subletting is prohibited w/o prior approval. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring your space is adequate to contain your display and not encroach on neighboring Exhibits or aisles. NEW-Electronic Floor plan: we are going to share as early as we possibly can and provide electronic access via our webpage (so Fans can find you easier). We are working to distribute our larger attractions evenly to best distribute traffic. While we will do our best to minimize changes, this sometimes happen due to last minute game releases or fire marshal requirements, so understand that there might be slight last min changes to the plan and we do our absolute best to minimize impact.

Outer Foyer space – 8’ wide x 6’ deep, single 6’ table, two chairs: $300 (add $25 for electric)

Outer Foyer space – 10’wide x 6’ deep, single 6’ table, two chairs: $350 (add $25 for electric).

Outer Foyer space – 15’ wide x 6’ deep, two 6’ table, two chairs: $400 (add $25 for electric)

Outer Foyer space – 24'+-wide x 6’ deep, three 6’ tables, two chairs: $750 (add $25 for electric)

Main Hall standard space - 10' wide x 8' deep w/electricity, single 6' table, two chairs: $375

Main Hall standard space - 10' wide x 10' deep w/electricity, single 6' table, two chairs: $425

Main Hall double space - 20' x 8' w/electricity, three 6' tables, four chairs: $625

Main Hall double space - 20' x 10' w/electricity, three 6' tables, four chairs: $700

Number of Additional Exhibitor Pass $100 each. TPF reserves the right to limit

the number of passes purchased based on Exhibitor booth size and need.

How many games do you expect to have in your booth ( we realize this is your best guess at the moment, but it's just for us to figure out power). All games exhibited in exchange for a weekend pass (Collector or exhibitor) must be set to free play and available for attendees to play all weekend. Games are subject to an early removal fee of $100 if the game leaves the hall prior to the end of the show (and may be required to wait until early or late hours based on hall occupancy for safety concerns).
Collector and Exhibitor access (wristband color) are the same. Please register your free pass games using the online TPF Exhibitor portal and note your company name on the registration. If your registered games will not fit inside your booth area, they will be placed in the Collector rows as close to you as possible. If the title of the game(s) changes, just let us know or we can fix it during show set up. All games must include owner name and a contact phone number. Enter zero if your booth doesn't display games.

Shipping: Exhibitors and collectors are responsible for delivery to and from the show and arranging a shipping servicing. The hotel will accommodate pallets delivered prior to the show. Should you attempt to have your delivery arrive earlier than Wednesday the week of the show; Let us know. We will coordinate with the hotel, there may be a $50/day Hotel storage fee per day per pallet depending on how busy the hotel is. We will do everything we can to help coordinate, so let us know at info@texaspinball include “Attn: Shipping” in the subject please. *

Hotel Internet Services WI-FI. (2mb and 5mb high speed) will be available for purchase directly through Embassy Guest Services. Tell us the number of devices below and we will coordinate with hotel and provide you the opportunity to secure the pre-show discount. Pre Show pricing is $25 for device and $10 for additional devices.

Show Program-The Texas Pinball Festival will have a full color, multi-page, 5.5" x 8.5" show program. The

program will include the show schedule, guest speaker info, show info, articles, and of course,

advertising. We plan on printing and distributing 2000 programs to our show attendees.

Number of pages in the program will be determined by the amount of content.

2023 Texas Pinball Festival program advertising rates are as follows:

Add a full color 3’ x 8’ vertical vinyl banner hanging from the ceiling above your booth. You

provide the artwork; we’ll do the rest.

NEW-Social Media Promotion: $50 – please provide a 30 second video, simple is best, that talks about what your company is promoting at the show. We will do a paid promotion on our social media channel(s) as well as present on the Monitor loops in the dining and gift shop area of the show. Along with the electronic floor layout, this should make it easier for FAN’s to find your booth and understand your product. A personal example is “pinjack” last year, I didn’t learn until I watched an Alex Gerst video after the show why I should have purchased 2 of these instead of 1.

NEW-“Behind the scenes”-Early Ride Time: This will be for a limited number of people to purchase. It includes a noon entry to the Main show floor on Friday. We realize that not every Exhibitor will be ready, but last year most of you were already, or can use some help… We don’t want people in the way and if a game is off or in testing set up mode they can play. We plan on listing booths that are ready for business on-line and on our displays in the dining, entry and gift shop areas.

I’m game! I think I can be open by then.

Highly unlikely that I’ll be ready in time, so I’ll pass.
