This application is for ACME Christmas Toy Fair  2024.
This is a FREE to attend event for the general public, it takes place the same day as the Childrens Christmas Concert, estimated attendance 3k +

Trading pitch - 1.8m (w) x 2.5m (d), (6ft x 8ft) includes 1 table, 2 chairs

*Exhibitor tables include: 1 table, 2 chairs and 2 exhibitor passes for first table booked, plus 1 extra chair & pass for each additional table purchased.

*Maximum of 1 additional exhibitor pass 
permitted to be purchased per table booked.

Terms and Conditions:
Please complete the form carefully to register your interest and we will be in touch with you to advise of your application status. Please note that tables sell out very quickly. If you are not successful in the first instance, you will be added to our waiting list and contacted should a space become available.

Tables are standard 6ft x 2.5ft trestle tables. Trader/Vendor/Artist Table price includes 1 table and a maximum of 2 chairs and 2 wristbands as standard for your first table, plus one additional chair and wristband for each additional table purchased (Backing tables do not count as an additional table).

**Additional chairs can be ordered. Please indicate below how many chairs you require.
If the number of chairs you require changes prior to the event, please let us know asap.

Upon successfully applying for a table. Payment will be required upon receipt of invoice. If you experience any issues with payment, then please get in touch with us asap to discuss, as any invoices not completed within 48 hours of issue will be cancelled, and the space offered to applicants on our waiting list.

Please note that tables are generally allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, all applications are screened to ensure that products being sold are appropriate for the event's audience and that we provide a variety of products for attendees, and ACME reserve the right to approve or decline applications as deemed necessary.

Additional info for events held at the Concert Hall:
*Only pre-approved exhibitors can sell food and drink items from their stands (including packaged sweets and drinks). If you intend to sell food and/or drinks items at these events, then please ensure you indicate this below and the ACME team will be in touch with you directly to discuss.
*If you require the use of clothing rails intended for public browsing, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
