I am so excited you are here and want more information about goal setting with me!  I have helped hundreds of people create and meet their goals over the course of the last 5 years as a health and wellness coach.  I also have helped numerous wives/mothers/husbands/fathers (and even some kids) create and meet goals while wearing my hat as a family law attorney and mediator for the last 15 years. That is 20 years I have spent guiding countless people 1:1 and in group settings to achieve a desired result.  

What I am good at?  Figuring out goals and then coming up with real, simple, action steps to achieve that goal.

What does signing up here entail?  When you sign up here, we will create space and time for a 1:1 conversation.  You will create at least 1 goal and we will come up with several actions steps to help you achieve it.  You get 1 hour of my devoted time.  45 minutes for our Zoom call.  Then we will sign off and I will spend 15 minutes of time, ending in me e-mailing you a document outlining your goal, what we discussed, and at least 3 action steps to get you there.

What will this cost me?  If you sign up for your 1-Hour session in December 2020, I am offering you the introductory price of $200.  This is 50% off of what my prices will be in 2021.  Payments to be made via Venmo @Wendy-Meadows.  You can also sign up for your appointment below!
