VUMHS Fusion Sign-up Form Session 5
Classes are held from 3:15-4:15 pm, unless otherwise specified. Students are provided with an afterschool meal from 3:00-3:15 pm. Students must be picked up or walk at 4:15 pm.
Fusion does not provide consistent childcare.
Fusion does not run on early release, in-service, or on any days when school is not in session.
Sign-ups will be on a first come, first serve basis. Students are encouraged to sign up for more than one activity however, students may not get into every activity they sign up for. An effort will be made to ensure that all interested students are able to participate in at least one program.

The VUMHS Fusion Afterschool Program is FREE to All Students.

Fusion Afterschool and Summer Programs engages and supports 407  students annually. 

Classes, snacks, supplies and summer transportation to and from the Fusion activities are provided free of charge thanks to the 21 Century Community Learning Center Investment, school funding, and other AOE Program funds, community partnerships and local scholarship.
