Your family membership will include unlimited use of our beautifully renovated pool and facilities during operating hours, swim and tennis lessons as well as a swim and tennis teams for children and tennis clinics for adults.
There is a $25 per person fee to take tennis lessons. There is a $20 per person fee for tennis teams. There is a swim team fee of $25 per person. Swim lessons are included with membership. Woodledge offers many social and tennis activities throughout the summer. We offer an adult drill/play for $20 a member and an adult tennis clinic that is free, both
are offered weekly.
Woodledge is a great family environment. Part of our success is that The Woodledge Club is owned and operated by its members. As a new member, your family will be required to participate in an annual workday and property sit approximately once every one-two years (8:00 pm - 11:00 pm). Also, one member of your family will be required to fulfill a volunteer commitment once during the first five years of your membership. You can do this by chairing a social event, participating on the Board, or serving as a manager for the swim or tennis teams.
The Woodledge Club, Inc. requires payment of your capital investment ($1,200) upon receipt of membership invoice. This payment includes:
$1000 - Refundable bond*
$100 - Non-refundable initiation fee
$100 - Capital Investment Fee
*Bond is refundable when a new member fills your position in the club and you have fulfilled your requirement to serve as stated in Article V, Section 6 of the Bylaws. In addition to your capital investment, the annual dues for 2024 year are $1,575.00 and also due upon receipt of invoice.
Once you submit your application, you will be receiving an invoice electronically to pay your bond and dues via QuickBooks including a $55 non-refundable application fee. Once your payment has been received, you will be considered a full participating member of The Woodledge Club, Inc.
As a member, you can view the most up to date membership bylaws, pool, tennis, and ground rules on or website. You can also view the latest edition of the Woodledge Newsletter and our Member Directory.
If you are interested in membership still for 2024, please indicate this on your application.
Once invoice received, you will need to notify us upon receipt of invoice if you have changed your mind and chosen not to join. NOTE: Application fee still applies in the event of a rejection to join. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
