Who can apply for an Out of District Transfer for next school year?  /  ¿Quién puede solicitar una transferencia fuera del distrito para el próximo año escolar?
            1. Noblesville Schools will accept applications for transfer into the District only for students who do not have legal settlement in the District but do have a parent who is a current employee of Noblesville Schools and who resides in Indiana. These transfers may be subject to limitations based on capacity or any other reason permitted under Indiana statute.
            1.             2. Out of District Transferred students approved for enrollment prior to June 1, 2016, who maintain enrollment in Noblesville Schools, will be allowed to continue to attend Noblesville Schools through their senior year, subject to all disciplinary rules and student policies. Students will be assigned annually based on available space.

Transfer Guidelines:  /  Pautas de transferencia:
1.Transfer applications are due on or before June 1st of the school year prior to the one for which the transfer is requested. A request for transfer shall be valid for only one (1) school year. Parent(s) seeking transfer for a subsequent school year must submit a new transfer request application for each school year for which transfer is sought. If a family submits a request during the school year, the application will be acted upon in a reasonable amount of time.

Una solicitud de transferencia será válida solo por un (1) año escolar. Los padres que deseen una transferencia para un año escolar posterior deben presentar una nueva solicitud de solicitud de transferencia para cada año escolar para el cual se solicita la transferencia.

2. In completing these forms, the parent(s)/guardian(s) should be certain to fill out all sections of the form and to state specifically each of the reasons for the request to transfer.

3. All transfer approvals are contingent on the parent/guardian providing transportation to and from school each school day. Noblesville Schools will not provide transportation. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) may not use Noblesville Schools' bus transportation system for transporting their child(ren) to and/or from school.

4. The Student Services Department will act on applications submitted by June 1st no later than July 9th of the current school year. All other requests will be acted upon by the first student attendance day of the requested school year of transfer. If the application is submitted during the school year, the application will be acted upon in a reasonable amount of time.
