Event Rules

• Two Competitive Divisions: Clutch (Ages 16+) and Brewed (Ages 21+)

• Clutch Division meal includes Chicken, Chips, Roll, Applesauce and Drink (Chilly Willy)

• Brewed Division meal includes Chicken, Chips, Roll, Applesauce and Beer

• Maximum of 18 contestants per division

• Contestants will compete in timed heats as determined by the judges.

• The fastest time from all heats will be the division winner.

• In the case of a tie, age will be used to determine the winner. Older contestant wins.

• No interfering with other contestants.

• No assistance from anyone.

• No ‘aids’ or beverages outside of those provided.

• No ‘prepping’ food or opening containers prior to the judges allowing start.

• The complete dinner must be eaten and swallowed, except for any bones.

• Must be 21 years of age or older to compete in the Brewed Division. Brewed Division contestants must wear a valid Social Tent wristband showing they are 21+ in order to compete.

• Must be 16 years of age or older to compete in the Clutch Division. Contestants under the age of 18 must bring signature of a parent or legal guardian during event check-in for verification. Underage contestants failing to provide this signature will be disallowed from participating in the competition.

• Judges have discretion to modify rules if necessary.

• All decisions by judges are final.

By participating, the entrant hereby releases and holds harmless VTown Tigers, Inc., Bowlerstore.com, LLC., and Versailles Poultry Days, Inc., it's members, volunteers, and agents from any and all theft, injury, and/or loss resulting and any claims or actions arising from participation in Versailles Poultry Days and gives permission for their name and image to be used in conjunction with the Versailles Poultry Days Festival whether in print or social media publications. Entrant further agrees to comply with all rules, and that all decisions of event judges is final. Information collected in this form will be used for event communication purposes only. *
