RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work closely with product owners, leverage insights from one game across multiple games
* Develop A/B Test plans, work with relevant teams to execute them, track results and share outcomes
* Deliver accurate and clear analysis and reports
* Provide data driven perspective to discussions and help ruthless prioritization across teams
* Provide bi-weekly reports and develop & update plans to help company reach its objectives
* Proactively develop new analyses, experiments and data-driven tools to better understand our players and the performance of our games to enhance results

MUST HAVE
* 3+ years of work experience in games industry or a similar digital business
* Ability to write complex SQL queries and work with relational database systems
* Understanding of tools such as R, Python or Excel for analytical purposes
* Understanding of the basics of statistical or ML techniques
* Ability to create reports to share results and analysis that are clear and unambiguous to rest of team
* Deep understanding of hypercasual and casual games
