Please fill in this form if you are interested in proposing a symposium (defined as a collection of talks around a theme). Note that the symposium organizer is responsible for finding speakers.
The conference time slots are either 1, 1.5, or 2 (there is only one 2 hr. slot) hours, and the talks are either 15 minutes or 30 minutes.
Symposium proposals will be reviewed by a committee, and timely feedback provided.
Every speaker will be required to submit their individual abstract using the abstract submission form. Abstract deadlines are 30 March, 30 April, and 20 May.
(note that all abstracts are reviewed, even those from approved symposia) https://forms.gle/FAYLGNttwvisQ2sk8
Please note the following deadlines for symposia:
- The first symposium abstract submission deadline will be 15 March
- The second symposium submission deadline will be 15 April
- The third and final abstract submission deadline will be 5 May. Note, at this point, we should have the conference schedule mostly complete and may or may not be able to fit your symposium in. Thus, we encourage not waiting until the last deadline.
Thank you!
