The questionnaire aims to assess your thoughts and feelings relative to your relationship with your athletes, your leadership style, as well as your attitude and behaviours.

During coaching processes, even the same sentence could generate different influences. For example, after training, you say "good job today" to one of your players. If you have a healthy relationship, the player would happily accept your praise. If you do not have a healthy relationship with your athlete, he/she would take that same sentence as sarcasm.

It is important that you provide honest responses to reflect how you truly think and feel. There are no right or wrong answers. Remember this is completely confidential and will only be accessible to researchers.
