Cottonwood Faire Volunteer Application
Want to volunteer at Cottonwood Faire? Please fill out this form and we will review your application. All applicants will be notified no later than September 11, 2024. Cottonwood Faire requires the following:
  • Ages 16 and up only, but little ones are welcome to volunteer alongside their grown up.
  • Volunteers agree to a basic background check prior to selection.
  • Volunteers must wear clothing typical in the Medieval or Renaissance Eras. No blue jeans, t-shirts, or other items of clothing that would jolt the attendees out of the ambience of a Renaissance Faire. There are many affordable dresses, tunics, and period-accurate attire online.
  • Volunteers are encouraged to be "in character" during attendee interactions. It's not required to use an accent, but it does wonders for the immersion factor for attendees. They love it.
Approved volunteers receive free admission to Cottonwood Faire for a minimum of 8  hours worked, either during setup on Friday, the event on Saturday, or tear down on Sunday. 

Volunteers who assist with tear down on Sunday evening receive free admission for Cottonwood Faire 2025.
