The current survey is intended to verify the level of adoption of the digital technologies described in the "Digital Roadmap for District Heating & Cooling" (released in July 2019 by DHC+, the Research and Innovation Hub of Euroheat & Power), to update the current state of the art and collect insights on the current challenges and objectives.

This section of the survey is dedicated to DHC Utilities and system planners, who use digital solutions to manage strategic, tactical and operational processes to enhance performance and extract value from field data.
